I have tried repeated re-interview and it always stops at 92%
Fails on:

Any ideas?

Need logs, but this is one of the heaviest CCs. It uses too many commands... Or maybe it is a device bug. Logs will tell more

Looks like a missing reply from the device. Might be RF problem or the device is busy and forgets to answer. Anyway, this is not critical. Either Force interview of just mark it as done via the API.
