Wall controller Zme_06443, unable to be primary controller

Hi all,

I want to use the wall controller zme_06443 as primary controller (so independently of my box), just to put the light on. Simple, basic ... without problem with the 05443 version, I used before.
But with this model, if the inclusion seems to be ok (confirmation with Green light), it doesn't work at all.

So my question, the documentation say 'It can built and maintain its own network´, but how ??
Can the 06443 really be a primary controller ?
