Unable to include Kwikset lock

Hello,

I can't seem to get the lock to include in Z way. I ask the software to include a new device and then I press the connect button on the lock but the light doesn't turn yellow (according to the lock instructions that is supposed to happen)

Am I doing something wrong or is the lock bad?
