The XML config in the pepper1 database was screwed six ways till sunday.
Below is an updated XML based on the latest manual from fibaro itself.

Please replace the pepper1 version with this one.

Meanwhile if somebody requires the new config:

I see the XML still has not been updated...
Who's causing the delay here, pepper1 of z-wave.me?
