1-wire with Fibaro Universal Sensor stops reading values

Hi everyone!
I'm quite stuck in trying to make my Fibaro Universal Binary Sensor work stable as 1-wire to Z-Wave gateway. What happens is when I include it into Z-Wave network it reports temperature from two attached 1-wire sensors accurately for few minutes. And after that it stucks on the last reported value. If I re-interview the device or re-include it nothing changes, I still see the last read value. Only if I exclude it and then include back it starts reporting and update values for few more minutes bethore hanging back. I tried to play with sensor config in Z-Wave expert menu, tweaking timers and report modes, but nothing changes. Could anyone please point me in a right debugging way or maybe share a workaround? Thanks!
