Razberry & Philio PAN08 compatibility

I've recently installed roller shutter controller (Philio PAN08 )
After successful calibration and inclusion it doesn't allow to open/close via Z-way UI. I can hear that relay switches few times when clicking in UI. Also there are entries in logs showing that controller received data etc.
Does Philio PAN08 works properly for anyone ?
Do you know if your device is compatible with Razberry Z-way software ? Or Fibaro ?
