The Philio PSP01-1 sensor is not working. Although the log shows the triggering and resetting of the unit the graphic/status (triggered) doesn't change unless you update (Expert GUI). The only difference I see is that it is reporting motion as opposed to general purpose. Any ideas?

we need log. but most probable is that device dos not send Report unless you do Get in the UI. Philio devices have very good settings - you can configure them to send Reports
