Has anyone else encountered issues with Linear switches. My experience... these devices seem to lose the configuration file or perhaps one isn't even created. If the z-way service were to be restarted or for some other reason the devices disappear on z-way-ha. I need to call the NIF and reinterview the switch on the new expert new in order to get the device to list on z-way-ha. It may be some time before I can capture logs for this issue.

Can't help you directly with this, except with adding some weak evidence for other brands.
I have noticed in the past (since 1.7 I think) that some configuration elements got lost over time. I also noticed in the logs that that the software itself does perform interviews on the devices. I never payed a lot of attention to that, because oher things seemed more important.

I'll keep a closer eye on it.
