Can't share this positive experience. I've deleted the old/wrong file and replaced with your mentioned version also updated, but it shows again the wrong information. :-/

You've just updated?

EDIT:
Just updated again and did a reboot. Now everything is correct! :)
Thanks for your help, hope you've seen my Python script for notifications!

I just startet last week with Z-Way, so I had to learn how it works.

1. I've deleted the file "675-010f-0c02-1002-03-04-05-03-02.xml" and copied the new one from pipper1 without success.

2. I've generated the database using UpdateXMLs.sh and rebooted the RPI.

I cannot say whether replacing the file is necessary. Anyway I had to complete inclusion manually.
Parameter Nr. 5 disappeared and Nr. 1-4 are now displayed correctly.

Hi again,

the new XML seems to solve also my problem with showing (to many) alarm types - 9 before and now 3. But as pofs posted, it seems that the 3 shown now are not decrapted, also some alarms are missing now (burglar, low battery for example). So it's still not perfect. :|

EDIT:
Doing the Interview again solved it, now everything is fine.

I'm using an alternative smoke sensor from POPP.
First I suffered some problems to include it, but now it is working fine.
Reason to buy was a sirene that can be used not only for smoke detection, but also for alarm Systems.

Is there anyone who knows about a list of user-recommended Z-Wave devices?
