Is there some kind of z-wave fuse

Hello,
I'm interested in monitoring/measuring my home electrical circuits. I guess this should be done through the electrical fuse board but are there such fuses that work with z-wave protocol? The only solution I was able to find is Z-Wave Aeon Labs Clamp Power Meter but it is not the one I want
