Leviton switch turns on again after switch off

Leviton switch DZPA1 is controlling a Seabreeze mobile fan. The switch controls 1/2 hp motor load. The fan requires 1/50 hp. Does anyone know what might be the problem? (if it is relevant I am using Wink to control the network.)
