Z-Wave single-pole dual dimmer?

I have a few 1-gang, single-pole, dual dimmers (Lutron Maestro 300W) in my house and would like to replace them with Z-wave dimmers. So far I was unsuccessful finding a suitable Z-wave device to do a 1:1 replacement though. Does anyone know if such a Z-wave device exists?
I probably could use 2 Aeotec Nanos. But that doesn't give me manual controls (and it would get pretty crowded in the 1-gang box).
Any other ideas?
