Hi,

I am owning 4 KFOBs having 2 different versions. One version is supported straight ahead from my controller, the other doesn't. Also, both are rather old - v1.0 & 1.1 - when seeing that 1.4 is the latest.

Is there by happen any chance to OTA or flash otherwise the latest or another firmware on my devices? If yes, where to get the files from?

3rd gen or 5th gen? For 5th gen there is OTA. For 3rd gen no

I cant tell by the PCB - can you spot the version? I can flash the SPI if needed.

This is 5th gen. Please check if they have Firmware Upgrade Command Class. If not, OTA is not possible. Flashing the SPI is possible, but our standard support can't handle such requests.

Perfect - thank you! Could you please point me to the firmware files? With these I'd be able to figure out both (OTA or SPI flash) on my own.
