Please show the log during inclusion. If there is just nothing appearing during the button clicks, check:
1) that device and controller frequencies are same
2) try to rest the device first
3) try to exclude the device first
Hi PoltoS,

thank you for your attention.
I solved the problem doing a factory default reset

Now i included the Widom device and also another zwave prototype made by myself using the Zuno and they are working fine...
But I can't include another ZWave Zuno device that previously was included...

Again I start the inclusion process for this sensor but after one minute i receive the timeout message and nothing is included...

Maybe I can't include more than 2 devices?
I do not understand where is the problem....
I have done the license upgrade , verify it and the ZWay software write "License key successfully verified" and "Capabilities successfully upgraded"

Please help

Make sure to exclude first. Or do factory reset of Z-Uno first.

Hi, it's exactly what I did but nothing changes.
Again, I can't include other devices.... maybe this is a license problem?
If yes, what I need to do in order to solve this problem?

Thank you again
