http parameters for intchartUrl

When adding the metric 'intchartUrl' to a virtual device with an Url, the user can display the contents of the concerning webpage by pushing the icon.
This is made especially for Intchart module. But you can also use this function to display any webpage (local and remote) with the appropiate Url.
The benefit would be even greater if http parameters like ...?param1=xxxx¶m2=yyyy were also possible in the Url. At the moment added parameters are not forwarded.
