Security panel usability

Extend security panel functionality:
- Allow binary switch as input for alarm trigger (at least in a "advanced setting")
- optionally, extend alarm activation with "rule" type conditions (at least in a "advanced setting")
Extend description of the module:
- what is "reset" condition? How it is different from on/off
- how a schedule is affecting the functioning: is it automatic arming, or arming doesn't happen outside the schedule?
- what is the effect when no schedule is set?
- what is the "clear" notification? is clear same as reset? ... or disarm?
