Z-Uno firmware location???

But i cant for the life of me workout how to update to 3.0.13 as advised to do in another post...

please help this noob out...

Your Z-Uno is version 1, the latest firmware is 2.1.8 (02.18 you have), it can not be upgraded to 3.0.13 (Z-Uno 2 firmware)
