Z-Uno2_3.13 Stall Operation/Reboot

Post by niky94547 »

Dear Z-wave.Me Team,

I've observing problem with stability of Zuno G2 devices. Probably issue partly was discussed in previous post regarding 3.12/3.10. It's not straight forward to reproduce, but happen quite often in operation.

In order to reproduce more frequent, you could issuing burst of setters on switch binary channel. Setters start processing promptly and accurately, but after 30+ or 300+ setter, device operation stalled. And either stop processing any more or process setters with large delay. Reboot could be expected too.

So in this stall state (setters processing with large delays) we've checked Z-wave controller log. It's appear that comm speed shifted from 40 to 100Kbps and TX channel 1 to 0, compare to regular processing. And that is so for the particular node in network. If we had second Zuno G2 node, it's operate normally on 40kbps/TX1 in the same moment.

Also observed that setters were processed, but not the getters. No response received from the node logged, so most probably there is no transmit from the device only receive.

Rarely device recover from itself, after period of time shift back to 40kbps/TX0. But often it stay unresponsive indefinitely and reboot happens too.

Issue was observed on 3.13, also on 3.10, with just a sample sketch (few SwitchBinary channels). Is there any option to modify TX channel and ZW speed within Zuno Core. Or could you suggest any modification to test?

Thanks,
Br,
