For a long time, my board has been hanging up from time to time. Today I tried to diagnose it. I connected it to my laptop and on the port monitor I saw that it resets when I gave the command to enter sleep mode. I decided to upload a sketch that bypassed these commands. I couldn't switch the Arduino IDE to Z-Uno2 Beta, so I updated the board library to the latest one. I updated the board bootloader from 3.0.12 to 3.0.13 and the board started blinking red. I uploaded Sketch and it still blinks red. I uploaded simple example sketch "Blink" and it still doesn't work and blinks red.
I repeated the firmware update with another board to rule out a hardware defect. The same problem appeared.

I reinstall board library witch delete today's files from "../Arduino15/staging/packages". It didn't help.
Please help me.
