config paramter: Blink with service LED during operation

Hi PoltoS,
if I change the configuration of the service LED from blinking to not blink, the "blinking" just stops in the current state. If I want to switch the LED off, I have to time the sending of the command so that it is executed while the LED is off, otherwise the LED will be permanently on...
Could you extend the values/implementation for this configuration parameter and add an explicit ON / OFF?

But after reboot it should go off anyway
