Looks like USB is damaged.

You can also check the port itself - isn't it physically damaged?

If this does not help, I have no ideas. Please request your shop to replace it. Sorry for this.

I reflowed the solder on the USB connector. One now works, but the other is intermittent.

Please check the solder paste/mask and solder temperature in your assembly line.
