Z-Uno transmitter output power

Hi! ZM5101 chip supports a range of transmitter output power. A brief data sheet of this chip says that "The output power of the transmitter is configurable in the range -24dBm to +6dBm (VDD = +2.3V to +3.6V, TA = -40 to +85°C)". Which level uses Z-Uno in a standard work mode?
