Good afternoon All,

I've been trying to Pair my Z-Uno, with VERA, without any success.

I've reset Z-Uno by pressing and holding the Service Button for 5 Sec. and rapidly pressing the service button 3 times, in order to un-pair, just in case.

I then followed the instructions to pair, by pressing the service button 3 times, all to no avail.

Please Help.

Yep! first thing I did, to no avail.

The thing I don't understand, when I first pair the unit with my Vera, the were no problem.

Then I had some unrelated issues with Vera, which were corrected, and when I finally got to try Z-Uno, nothing, so I'm not sure if what the Vera technician had me do, removed the Z-Uno. If I recall we had to dump the firmware and reload it.

So since I wasn't sure if Z-Uno was still paired with Vera but hidden, I tried to Unpaired the unit. So now I don't know if its paired or not?

Is there a way of showing all the hidden devices, or hidden Z-Uno.

Please try to remove it from Vera first (go in Add and find the Remove button nearby). Even if it is included, you can always remove it

That's the problem, I don't see my Z-Uno on Vera anymore.

So I can't tell if its paired or not, or even just invisible.

I've tried several times to unpair by holding the service switch for 5 seconds and then pressing the service switch 3 times as indicated, again nothing.

Is there a way I can reset the Z-Uno to factory specs.

Is it possible that the recent firmware is not compatible with my Z-Uno, since my z-uno dates back to one of the original versions?

Thanks for your assistance, I finally got Z-Uno working.

I have uploaded a trial sketch, and modified some setting, and we are up and running.

I will be loading the 10 Channels sketch shortly, and I am petrified of screwing it up, but progress must go on.
