z-uno communication problem on w7 64 ??

Hello
I spent over 10 hours trying to communicate with a <z-uno version 2 rev 6>
-- with battery ??? undocumented -- is it genuine ?
I'm on W7 64
the UZB driver cannot be activated, if I can install it, it has a windows config problem ...
Windows installs the following driver: <Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UARTBridge> on com7: ok for you ???
With that I can compile but I never managed to upload neither the bootloader nor a sketch.
I have tried with different versions of the arduino IDE. I am now fixed on 1.6.5 as recommended. I have tried with several versions of the <board manager> 2.1.7 up to 0.5.
I tried <rescue mode>, <reset factory mode> without success. I had messages "corrupted S2 key", "NEEDED: 1 GET: 0", various exceptions "Index error", "list index out of range", ...
I have tried with a Mac (and W7) without success.
However, I have a lot of experience with the arduino, but there, it starts to do a lot ...
Can you help ?
Eric
