Z-Uno Sketch OTA Update Failed (Z-Wave JS UI)

I have several Z-Uno devices running FW 3.0.10 deployed in the field. My controller is HA running Z-Wave JS UI v4.1.0. So far so good.

I have changed some logic in my code, hence the need to perform an OTA update of the sketch.
I have successfully compiled the updated code and generated the corresponding BIN file.
While attempting to perform an OTA update of the sketch, I get the following error (after the upload reaches 100%) - see attached screenshot.

I have followed the instructions on the website:
* build the BIN file
* set parameter 20 to any value other than 0 (I have tried several) before upload
* upload BIN file to target #1

Any ideas how to solve this?

Should work as you described. Do you have a second one to test using Z-Way? Can't you upload the code via USB?
