I fear you have it the wrong way around. Take the device in your hand as shown in bottom view. To match the figure you have drawn, you must while holding the device turn the pins toward yourself until they point downwards. You wil see that pin 3 remains at the right hand side.
I must admit that I had to go through the exercise a couple of times when I set up the device
Here is the manual of the device http://datasheets.maximintegrated.com/en/ds/DS18B20.pdf
Hope you get it to work

Hi pz1,
have you tried to connect 4 devices DS18B20 in parallel as reported in the instruction? is there any paramet to set to see all of them?

EDIT
done. I resetted the device and all the 4 sensores are now visible

I am looking into this again. I got a second device, and found them to behave differently. I have two questions for you:

1) Does the interview of your binary sensors still show an uncompleted interview as shown in the image above? My new device does that.

2) What does resetted device mean? Did you hold down the inclusion button for 30 seconds while re-applying the power? Or did you re-include the device?

As my FUS is mounted in the attic, replacing a temperature sensor is rather awkward.

PS: The device interview show that the devices have a different product ID. The newest seems to support firmware upgrade, but as said has problems reading the alarms of binary inputs

Hi pz1,

It is not easy for me to help because I just test the sensor and I gave it to Dolam. I can ask him but I remember it still shows as an uncompleted interview.

EDIT: see picture below

To reset it I used the following method:

Resetting by cutting off the power supply and re-connecting the power supply while holding down the B button – after 10 seconds, after another cut-off and re-connection of power supply the settings of the device will be reset.

Thanks for the feedback. I did try the "button down reset" on my older device. The result was that the device has completely disappeared from the list of devices. I had to include it again where it did get a new device id.
I had hoped that similar as with the Fibaro plugin switch, a reset would mean that only some of the operational settings were cleared, not the device id. (The wall plug only does clear some internal registers on reset, not the whole device. I do appreciate that this is simpler than having more or less temperature sensors)

So we apparantly must be aware that reset may mean different things for various devices

Sofar I have been able to get changes in the number of temperature sensors, and/or replacing of sensors mostly working by doing a re-include of the fgbs-001.

However at a certain point it seemed that the sensors were dead as of the moment of inclusion. A full reset of the device cured that situation.
(The reset is perform by removing and re-apply power while holding the button down for 10 seconds. Wait a while, and remove and re-apply power again)
