Vision ZD2102EU-5 inclusion problems
Vision ZD2102EU-5 inclusion problems
I have gor my first Gen5 Vision door sensor and the device seems not be fully supported by Z-way. So the Razberry board is Gen5 the sensor is Gen5 but the results are annoying, The old vision ZD2102EU 2103/11 has no problems. I have mentioned some problems also with a Gen5 sensor from Philio PST02-1B. This sensor has similar problems to finish the interview. Who is responsible for the problems with the newest sensors - Raberry or the Gen5 sensor?

What version of the software are you using? You might try the latest v2.0.1-rc16 if you haven't done so already.

Which device ID to look at? Is it 2 or 5?
Is it Basic CC which is not passing interview?

Re: Vision ZD2102EU-5 inclusion problems
Yes it's device 5 and the basic cc is not passing
Re: Vision ZD2102EU-5 inclusion problems
Seems device doesn't really respond to encrypted Basic Get request (though it is present in secure NIF, according to your log). I think there's nothing you can do here, so just ignore it.
Re: Vision ZD2102EU-5 inclusion problems
This means zd2102EU-5 is not compatible with zway because i can not see it in the UI and the battery status is contantly at 0%. The sensor can not be used anyway. But many thanks for your reply.
March 3rd after one week 10% battery drain. I guess the battery will not last longer than 2 months. Supplier is talking about 1-2 years.
