Hi
I have just bought a UZB stick and a seperate license. But I pressed the wrong button (Firmware) so now I can't install the bootlader. How can I "downgrade" UZB stick and try again?
thanks for input.
UZB stick updated Firmware before bootloader
Re: UZB stick updated Firmware before bootloader
No solution for this?
Re: UZB stick updated Firmware before bootloader
I think I have the same issue.
Z-Way will not communicate with the UZB. Expert Mode says "Error Handling data from Server". Log file has "Opened device: /dev/ttyAMA0", "Job 0x07 (Get controller info and supported function classes): No ACK received before timeout" and "Notification: critical (z-wave): Cannot start Z-Wave binding: Error: Bad data - communication failed". I havn't printed full log becasue I suspect I have the same problem as Stennis.
I look forward to hearing from you as I bought 2 of the UZB's becuase I thought hte 1st was defective. I have a paid for licence.

Re: UZB stick updated Firmware before bootloader
For the UZB1 you need to set /dev/ttyACM0 in the Zwave setup
Re: UZB stick updated Firmware before bootloader
Thank you pz1. Where do I find "Zwave setup" ?
Re: UZB stick updated Firmware before bootloader
I don´t think this is the same problem. I can't install the boot loader (Whatever that does:P?) because the firmware is up to date.
And how do you see that you have used your license key?

In the smarthome interface under APPS is the Zwave module configurationSgtBilko wrote:Thank you pz1. Where do I find "Zwave setup" ?

Brilliant... thank you very much for your help, pz1
Problem.....Serial Port to Z-Wave dongle is already set up to /dev/ttyACM0

Stennis
You were right I didn't have the same problem (see viewtopic.php?f=3419&t=21791 for my solution).
I am sorry to have hijacked your thread, I hope someone can help you.
