How to include devices with Sigma Designs UZB?

I just received the Sigma Designs ACC-UZB Static Controller and am having some problems figuring out how to build the network of z-wave devices. Opposite to other controllers, such as the one from Aeon Labs, there is no button on this usb plug to initiate inclusion mode. I guess this must be done through software, however OpenHAB which I'm using doesn't seem to support that - instead it requires that you have already built the z-wave network.

Can anyone recommend a simple software tool to manage inclusions/exclusions? Preferrably os-x compatible, but guess I could also do linux through a virtual machine.

Using Sigma UZB you are expected to have access to Sigma SDK, hence Sigma PC Controller software.
