Using 3.0.6 + 5.36, I have the following behavinor when I start or restart z-way-server:

A) The blue light on my UZB blinks.
B) Every 5 minutes, NWI explorer frames are sent out.

I then go to the expert UI and start inclusion and stop inclusion, and the above behavior (A + B) stop.
