USB Stick with Z-Way

I try to make a back-up for my ZStick (ZW0301 chip) but i receive the error:
Error 500: Internal Server Error
Internal consistency error

Do you can help me with some advices?

Hi,

after a get controller capabilities request, 3 nodes from my configuration disapear from devices list.
In zway.log i see this data:

Might it be that devices IDs are wrong in restored version? Please send us by mail your backup and log of startup after restore
