Z-Wave's IMA Network Health Monitor

Will the new 2.0.0 software be compatible (or include) the network health monitor? In the white paper, it says it requires 500 series Z-Wave hardware and version 6.51 or higher SDK.

We have our own health monitor (routing table view + timing statistics). We do not use IMA, so it works on any dongle.
