Does anyone know of an official support channel for z-way-server/license/uzb1 ?
I upgraded the firmware on my UZB1 because it failed installing the license, however the upgrade also changed the uuid on my stick. The license is already lock to the old uuid (pre-firwmare upgrade), so now I'm stuck.
Now I'm also having problems reaching through to support.
I've tried posting in this forum, pm'ing forum administrators with high post count, and also I've emailed razberry@zwave.me - the only official email address I've been able to find.
I've received answers from one of the forum administrators through a pm, but he's gone cold since Sunday (now Thursday - 4 days).
