3rd Party Z-Wave Controller Software

Hi,

Just got a Raspberry Pi 3 model B and hooked up my 3rd party Z-wave controller from a non-Razberry supplier to the I/O port. Guess I should have read the manuals more closely since it says Zway and Expert UI don't work with 3rd party hardware somewhere in the fine print. Yup, it won't connect with the software and does not recognize the controller. What's next? Is there a fix to get Zway and/or Expert UI to work or is there OTHER controller software you all have used that will allow me to operate the controller connected to the Pi ? I do some coding but don't want to start from scratch.

Z-Way do not work with third party controllers. Only UZB (Z-Way version) and RaZberry are supported.
