Most Devices Won't Add

I just got the 5th gen Razberry. I think it's a US version but don't know how to confirm that. It has an E on the crystal.

For a while I couldn't get anything to add. Then I finally got an Aeon 4 button remote to work. Then it excluded a Remotec plugin dimmer and would try to include it but couldn't get settings from it. Wall switches don't work at all, though I think one was seen for exclusion once.

What should I do?

Ooops, this is a EU version. Your range will be shortened dramatically on US frequency. Where have you bought it?
