Hi,
When I try to check for new RaZberry 7 Pro firmware in Z-Way (using expert network>controller info>firmware update which goes to http://razberry:8083/expert/#/uzb) I get an error pop-up saying "Z-Wave Expert UI - ERROR Could not retrieve data from remote server.". This happened on z-way 4.1.2 and still happens when I upgraded to 4.1.3. Furthermore, I tried using https://service.z-wave.me/expertui/uzb- ... tml?hw=327 to download manually but it says "Incorrect integer value: 'NULL' for column 'bootloaderVersion' at row 1". I currently have 7.40 [Bootloader: 1766938484].
Thanks.

Re: Z-Way error trying to upgrade RaZberry 7 Pro firmware
I can confirm the RaZberry version map web site (https://service.z-wave.me/expertui/uzb- ... tml?hw=327) is broken. Let's hope the Z-Wave.Me team resolves the problem quickly.
If it's any consolation, I do see the Z-Wave.Me team is working on a new version of Z-Way software (https://storage.z-wave.me/z-way-server/ shows a series of 5.0.1.X release candidates). Perhaps the new version uses a different approach for updating RaZberry firmware.

Hi seattleneil,
Thanks for confirming that it's not just me! I have DM'd support but still no response
In fact I have now managed to manually download the firmware by changing "bootloaderCRC" in the broken URL to the missing "bootloaderVersion" from the error message, so https://service.z-wave.me/expertui/uzb/ ... all&uuid=1. I guess that they have updated their servers but not Z-Way or the service version map page.

Re: Z-Way error trying to upgrade RaZberry 7 Pro firmware
Assuming your Razberry 7 is currently at version 7.36, 7.38, 7.40 or 7.41, you can upgrade to version 7.42 by manually downloading the firmware file using this URL:
Code: Select all
