HA use case vs latency
Hello, I gave a try to run HA integrated with z-wave.me which is hosted on other device in lan. Overall it is good to connect two worlds, but latency became noticeable in my setup. What is the use case for HA integration by design and in your setup? Mine concept for setup so far is: 1. latency sensi...

Re: v4.1.3 Razberry 3: controller serial number changes itself and UI goes to factory mode
4.1.2 or something like that, it was on latest and occasionally on beta versions - pretty fresh all the time
it didn't happen since. Is it a sign of memory card degradation?

v4.1.3 Razberry 3: controller serial number changes itself and UI goes to factory mode
Hello, just fyi, after upgrading to 4.1.3 spot a problem that eventually something happens with automation/storage/configjson....json file and whole setup considers itself as an initial setup. Recovery from backup by copying file over helps. Z-way is hosted on Razberry 3 Key json diffs apparently is...

Re: Integration with Home Assistant
If i understood correctly that HA and Z-way are integrated loosely and can be on different machines or even in different homes then it is GREAT! Architecturally i see 3 tier approach: - basic home automation kernel is ultrastable independent low latency (lower network layers mesh/associations + isol...

Delays in associations and noise source
Hello, Associations supposed to be the fastest (milliseconds) way to connect devices. It is quite a basic setup and proved to be working fine. For association, the devices should be in direct "visibility" and link test via expert mode should be green. Under these conditions, what would be ...

Re: Easy Scripting App - Documentation/Example
Probably code/js device is enough. Haven't tried them yet. Then EasyScripting will be left as pure event-driven JS mechanism, although If->Then with JS device might work the same way. I guess some wiki page at github about advance use cases above typical if-then/logical-rule/scene would be nice. upd...

Re: Easy Scripting App - Documentation/Example
I understand event triggered script, but what if i want to call my easyscript from If-Then app like a scene. Is it only possible via a dummy scene and the script subscribing to it?

Re: [Android] Habitat - Control your Z-way devices
@Aegis, wanted to say that the app is superb! Would be great if Z-wave.me replace their app with your as an official one.

Re: 4-hops limit / how to solve strategies
Thank you, Sergey. Got the point about follow controller and simple repitition - less overengineering the better. Although feedback based logic taught to be much more reliable than feedforward. I saw antenna extensions discussion here, feels bit intimidating. Is there a 'commercial' product for ante...

4-hops limit / how to solve strategies
Hello, Apparently (thanks to webinars) there is a 4 hops limit for routes, which might turn into a problem for 50m2 x 2stores homes and one controller. I have extended my network to backyard lighting with simple rule to switch on at darkness and switch off at sunrise via gateway logic. All relays ar...
