Communication problem

Hi.

I have made a little test setup with one Living connect Danfoss thermostat.
1 Aeon Z USB stick version 2 and a pc running Windows XP.
From the USB to the Thermostat there is about 2 meters.

My log is full of errors.

I have i job running every minute with this command.
ZWaveAPI.awaitingCallbackJobs = 1
I have read somewhere that this will help on the " probably too late " error.

Could some of you help me with my problem(s)?

All best

Kasper

We have found two issues in your log. One was solved (we have applied a patch to current Z-Cloud - try it again).

Second one is either caused by first or by big delays to our server.

Still not working

Seems that the walve is not opening anymore when recieving commands.
In the clima schedule i have made a schedule with constant 27 degrees = nothing happens.
I manual mode = nothing happens

Errors

Hi Z-wave people. Is there a status on these errors. Like it is now, i can not use this system because it not stable enough.

From the log it seems that

From the log it seems that your connection to our server is not perfect, but we see in the log a lot of delivered packets, so thermostat should act on new commands. First of all try to press middle button to see preset temperature on the screen. Due to Danfoss bug or feature if the thermostat is in Automatic mode, it would always show 18 degrees. Once you shift schedule (for zone or for thermostat), the temperature shown will change respectively.

If you turn thermostat to manual mode, you will see exact temperature as defined it Z-Cloud interface.

Please do these checks to understand if it is a problem of Z-Cloud or thermostat.

Note that the thermostat is too smart and may act in some undpredictable way. Its logics is not always clear.

Dear Z-cloud people.

Dear Z-cloud people.

I found out that the thermostat software was " hanging ". I made a reset and it is working again.
Like it is now it is not working stabile enough for me, sorry. It is working for a period and then i stop working ( i think because of the bad connection to the server ). But why is the serverconnection so bad? I have not general internet problems, and the pc where the z-cloud stick is running is wired to the internet.

We will improve link persistence significally ibefore Christmas

Same problem

I still get all these Problably too late errors. I have i " normal " network. ADSL modem - router - wired PC running Windows XP.

Probably your ping to our server is too big?

by PoltoS
What is the ping to z-cloud.z-wave.me for you?

Basically, "too late" is not very critical, since the device should still get the packet. Does the device work? Does Z-Cloud work for other devices for you?
