Recently my z-cloud started acting up. On Monday I helped a colleague of mine setup his z-cloud and at that time the /Config/Rules/Save call was responding normally, but this morning, the call is not responding at all. I thought perhaps it might be something wrong with the xml I'm sending so I attempted the save call with an empty config (which has also worked in the past for clearing out my rules xml)
Has anyone see anything like this in the past? If so, does anyone know a way to fix this issue?

Was on our side. Now should be fixed. With 4000 clients we experience problems, since the service was designed to host not more than 2000. We will need to extend quite soon.
