Expert UI Network Conflicting Data

Post by Zway424 »

I have 1 device that is connected to mains power and 1 battery operated device, however on the homepage of the Expert UI it counts the device as being battery operated:

2 devices present
0 devices are mains powered
2 devices are battery powered

If I go into Network --> Routing it shows the device as being powered on mains. However, if I go into Network --> Reorganization the only device being shown on mains is the controller and the other two devices are reporting as battery powered.

If I click on Network --> Timing Info it shows 1 device as being battery/wakeup and another device as being mains powered. Why is there so much conflicting information related to the device being reported as mains or battery powered?

Thanks!

Why don't you tell us about the brand and type of these devices?
