No Background noise showing in zway Analytics menu

Hi, I’ve managed to get the Analytics menu to show by using a Raspberry PI GPIO connector instead of the usb Z-wave Transceiver as first mentioned in previous post. The problem is background noise screen is showing no background noise. I left the background noise screen on for 30 minutes and there was no change to the noise level. This result is unexpected as the area that I’ve placed the zway raspberry pi should have lots of z-wave and electrical activity so I would expect to see some kind of noise. Also The noise meter show zero all the time. Do you have any ideas as to why zway is picking up no background noise ?
