3.0.4, no changelog ?

I see version 3.0.4 available in the updater, however, there's no changelog.
Can somebody explain why not ?

I think the ubuntu/debian versions are overdue for an update. The 3.0.2 for example had a lot of fixes worthy of a release for all platforms. When will the next release be?

I tested the windows version and it was fine. Not a fan of the Pi... Though I have one I try to avoid it.
