Another failed RaZberry FW upgrade

Hello,
I have a problem with my razberry board.
After having problems adding new devices,
I decided to update the firmware of all my zwave devices including my razberry.
But now I get no response and both leds are on.

Is there any way to restore the board?

This is a know issue with 5.27 versions. This is why it was hidden. Please contact your reseller for a free replacement

I asked the reseller, but they don't have any zwave devices anymore.
Is there any other way?

Please get a refund and buy another one or ask Z-Wave Europe as the manufacturer of the faulty devices. Who is the reseller?

The problem is the module is out of warranty.
I hoped for a warranty replacment because of the manufacturing error.
The shop was "rasppishop.de"
