How does an EnOcean device have to be integrated?

Post by dantoine »

Hello, I bought an Enocean USB 300 and connected it to my Raspberry. Via the EnOcean network control I have assigned the serial port /dev/ttyUSB0 to the stick. Now when I want to connect a new EnOcean device nothing happens. I can set it to "Teach-In" mode, but when I press the Eltake FTKE nothing happens. Does anyone have a tip on how I can add the sensor?

That question would be better answered by either Enocean or on a support forum that deals with their products.

Make sure to select the correct device from the list or if it is not a generic one. Also, make sure the type is correct. EnOcean has three types of inclusion:
1) normal
2) Smart ACK
3) Generic Profile
