We confirm that there was a probem during production. We do not know exactly how much devices are affected so far, but it seems to be around 100 pieces. Hopefully most of them are still in shops and are revoked back.
All internet shops are informed to do RMA, you can request for a replacement. You can also send your device to Z-Wave Europe.
New devices are fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please feel free to write us on razberry@z-wave.me if you have problems with your returning the device.
