Failed to open device: Permission denied

I just bought a razberry and tried to install the software but I can't get is to work.
Does anybody knows how to solve this?

There were problems with a recently delivered batch of sticks. There is a message somewhere on this forum. If I remember correctly you can contact your supplier for a replacement.

You're using Raspbmc? I dont think comes with libs for GPIO. You can install it yourself or you can use Openelec instead. I recommend using Openelec, it's easier to install than the missing libs... I've made a "howto openelec", which is pinned in the forum!
