Post by rzambrano »

When included, devices are associated with your Home ID. When you reset a controller, a new Home ID is generated, and devices remain associated with an old one.
To include a device in a new network, you need to exclude it first. Exclusion can be done by any controller (with any Home ID), not necessary the same used for inclusion.

First, press "Exclude" button in RaZberry UI, and perform inclusion sequence on a device (inclusion sequence is individual for each device type, sometimes it is just long press of a button, sometimes double or triple press etc. – check the manual for your device). After the device is excluded, controller returns to the normal mode.
Now press "(Re-)include" button and perform inclusion sequence on device once again. Now it should be included in your new network.
