Whole configuration disappeared

Hello,
I'm using v2.0.1-rc12, i was using 1.7.x before. 2-3 days after update whole confiuration and all devices disappeard.
I ocmpletly reset the chip and reasociated devices. Then again, same thing. After 3 days every device disappeared. The same thing happened after restoring of configuration. What can be worng?
