Hello,

I'm asking for help regarding a problem with "no neighbors" and constantly failing nodes (node disconnected):

Yesterday I tried to setup a new System with a new SD-card (news Raspberry OS with Z-Way). I did not work as intended so I bootet from the old SD-card.
Since then I'm getting alerts every few minutes: Connection lost to node xyz.

Checking the neighbors and the timing info and the route map shows:
- the devices are only talking to the controller
- they are not talking to each other (no neighbors found)

The reorganization is failing with "Neighbours update failed".

I tried to use my backup from 3 days ago, still the same issue.


Any suggestions what I can do to restore my network which usually works like a charm?

Have you changed your RaZberry? Or still the same board? Please upgrade your RaZberry 7 firmware and then re-try the network update

thanks for your reply.

It‘s still the same RaZberry 2.
I upgraded to 5.39 yesterday, but still the same issues:
- no neighbors / no communication between nodes (link status).

But route map shows more routes - incomming and outgoing.

But still: every 20 to 30 minutes nearly half of the nodes are not connected. A few minutes later I get the reconnect entry in the log.

Reorganization still shows errors - no neighbors found.

A short update: After upgrading to the new Firmware 4.1.3 (at least i tried - I'm not sure if it worked, i still says I'm on 4.1.2) the devices talking to each other - the neighbors are there. I have no disconnected devices for the last 24 hours.

Pretty strange. I think some reboot fixed it.
