Leviton VRS15 not sending HAIL

I recently installed the Leviton VRS15-1LX scene capable switch which reports to support HAIL:

but I never see any HAIL in the log whenever I toggle the switch.
I am curious if anyone has figured out how to coax a HAIL out of this switch? It would be really useful for associations.

Figured it out after some trial and error.
Simply associate RazBerry (Node 1) with group 0
I now get:

whenever the switch is pressed. Woohoo!
